目的：探讨连云港市及周边地区正常胎儿肝脏及脾脏各径线的测值范围，建立不同孕周胎儿肝脏最大斜径、厚径及脾脏长径、厚径的超声正常参考值范围，为产前检查提供一个新的评估胎儿生长发育的指标。方法对在连云港市妇幼保健院产检且发育正常的1014胎20＋0～29＋6孕周胎儿，测量不同孕周胎儿肝脏斜径、厚径及脾脏长径、厚径，绘制胎儿肝脾的生长发育曲线，并分析肝脾各径线与孕龄的相关性。结果胎儿肝脾各径线在孕20周后随胎龄增加而增长，与孕周呈正相关（P＜0．05）。特别是在孕27～30周孕龄段内，胎儿肝脾的生长速度较其它期增快。结论胎儿肝脾随孕龄增加而增长，胎儿肝脾各径线超声测量参考值范围的建立，可作为一种新的且较为简便、实用的胎儿生长发育评估指标。

Objective To measure the maximum oblique diameter and thicknessof fetal liverand spleen at different stages of pregnancy by using ultrasonography , to establish the normal reference ranges and provide new index to evaluate the growth and development of fetus .Methods 1014 pregnancy women at different gestation age (20+0~29+6) and received prenatal examination in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Lianyungang City were included in this study , measured the maximum oblique diameter and thickness of fetal liver and spleen , drew growth and development curve of fetal liver and spleen , analyzed the relationship between parameters of fetal liver/spleen and gestational age .Results The measured parameters of fetal liver and spleen positively relatedto gestational age (P<0.05), the growth velocity of fetal spleen in 27~30 gestation agewas faster than this in the other gestation age .Conclusions The establishment of reference value of fetal liver/spleen could provide a new and convenient and practical index to evaluate the growth and development of fetus .
