如何对高等医学院校人文教育工作进行客观的评估，为高等医学院校人文教育的发展提供依据，是高等医学教育工作者普遍关注的问题之一。因此，在总结实践工作经验的基础上，采用直接评估法设计指标，用层次分析法(AHP)分配指标权重，探讨了人文教育质量评估的标准、指标设计、权重分配，增强了指标设计和权重分配的科学性、可测性。构建了高等医学院校人文教育工作评估指标体系，为高等医学院校人文教育工作的评估提供了一种手段。

One of the general concerned problems in higher medical education is how to objective assessment in humanity education of higher medical college and provide a basis for the development of the higher medical universities.Thus in the base of the experience of practical work, using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) distribution of index weights to explore the quality assessment of the humanistic education criteria, indicators design, weight distribution, enhanced design and weight of indicators the distribution of scientific testability. Construction of the Medical College humanities education evaluation index system for medical colleges and humanities education provides a means of assessment.
