在B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p)水平下优化得到了脯氨酸-水二聚体势能面上的4种低能优化构型。利用MP2/6-311+G( d,p)方法计算脯氨酸-水二聚物平衡结构的偶极矩,原子电荷布居和分子间相互作用能。经BSSE 校正后的相互作用能依次增强的顺序为Ⅳ<Ⅱ<Ⅰ<Ⅲ,最稳定结构Ⅲ的相互作用能为-33.74 KJ/mol。
在B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p)水平下優化得到瞭脯氨痠-水二聚體勢能麵上的4種低能優化構型。利用MP2/6-311+G( d,p)方法計算脯氨痠-水二聚物平衡結構的偶極矩,原子電荷佈居和分子間相互作用能。經BSSE 校正後的相互作用能依次增彊的順序為Ⅳ<Ⅱ<Ⅰ<Ⅲ,最穩定結構Ⅲ的相互作用能為-33.74 KJ/mol。

Four stable structures of L-proline-water dimmers have been obtained at B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) theoretical lev-el. The dipole moments, the mulliken atomic charges and the intermolecular interaction energies of L-proline-water dimmers were calculated by MP2/6-311+G( d,p) method. The order of the intermolecular interaction energies corrected by the basis set superpo-sition errors ( BSSE) is Ⅳ<Ⅱ<Ⅰ<Ⅲ. The intermolecular interaction energy of the most stable structureⅢis-33. 74KJ/mol.
