为了完善草菇液体菌种的生产和应用,尽快使草菇实现工厂化栽培,本试验以天达V901为试材,通过摇瓶发酵,进行了草菇液体菌种培养条件优化研究。结果表明,液体培养条件下,适宜草菇菌丝生长的最佳碳源是淀粉,最佳氮源是蛋白胨,最佳碳氮比是10∶1,最佳淀粉浓度是3.0%。草菇菌丝生长的最适温度为30℃,最适初始pH为7.0。
為瞭完善草菇液體菌種的生產和應用,儘快使草菇實現工廠化栽培,本試驗以天達V901為試材,通過搖瓶髮酵,進行瞭草菇液體菌種培養條件優化研究。結果錶明,液體培養條件下,適宜草菇菌絲生長的最佳碳源是澱粉,最佳氮源是蛋白胨,最佳碳氮比是10∶1,最佳澱粉濃度是3.0%。草菇菌絲生長的最適溫度為30℃,最適初始pH為7.0。
위료완선초고액체균충적생산화응용,진쾌사초고실현공엄화재배,본시험이천체V901위시재,통과요병발효,진행료초고액체균충배양조건우화연구。결과표명,액체배양조건하,괄의초고균사생장적최가탄원시정분,최가담원시단백동,최가탄담비시10∶1,최가정분농도시3.0%。초고균사생장적최괄온도위30℃,최괄초시pH위7.0。
In order to improve the production and application of liquid Volvariella volvacea strains and as soon as possible to achieve its industrial cultivation , the suitable submerged nutrient conditions and liquid cul-ture conditions for Volvariella volvacea strain V901 were studied by flask shaking in this paper .The results showed that the optimal carbon and nitrogen sources were starch and peptone in the liquid culture .The best C/N ratio was 10∶1 , and the best starch concentration was 3 .0%.The suitable culture temperature and initial pH value were 30℃and 7 .0 respectively for mycelia growth .
