近几年随着纺织业的快速发展，熔体直纺项目大增，我公司熔体直纺项目，供热形式是热媒炉燃烧供热。随着产能的增加，热量需求越来越高，受设备老化和改造空间的限制原脱硫技术已经无法满足环境要求。现经反复研究通过在沉灰池中接入PH调节仪探头，根据实时PH设定值，来调整喷淋水的PH值来达到脱硫的目的。随着产能的逐步增大，我公司原来的脱硫技术现已经无法满足环境要求。现经过反复研究在沉灰池中加入纯碱直接调整喷流水的PH值来达到脱硫的目的。
