改革开放以来，作为民营经济主力军的小微企业发展异常迅速，已经成为一股促进我国国民经济增长的重要力量，但由于我国金融制度不完善，使得金融体系与小微企业的合作总是处于“零和博弈”的关系，融资难已然成为制约其发展的瓶颈。部分城商行探索的“扫街”模式开辟了帮扶小微企业的新视野。实践证明，通过创新“助微”信贷模式，是可以有效解决小微企业融资难的矛盾的。

since the policy of reforming and opening, the small and micro enterprises, as the main forces of china's private economy, have developed rapidly and strongly propelled the economic development.However, the financing dififculty, which is due to the institutional defect, is still restricting the improvements of SMEs. Fortunately, it has been found that the “assistant” credit model which is proposed by the urban commercial banks is effective for solving the ifnancing problems.
