近年来，互联网金融发展迅猛，互联网金融作为正规金融的有益补充，在丰富金融供给、方便群众、推进普惠金融体系发展等方面发挥了积极作用，但其游离于金融监督框架之外，潜藏的风险也不容小觑。因此，应加快互联网金融监管体系建设进程，在有效监管的框架内推动互联网金融的健康发展。本文以余额宝为例，对目前互联网金融发展现状、潜在风险进行分析，提出推动互联网金融健康发展的对策建议。
