我国高校生涯规划尚局限于职业指导，生涯规划教师理论与技术水平有待提高，高校学生对生涯规划重视程度和生涯规划能力不足。提出建构三维生涯规划课程设计体系、建立基于TSQ模式的生涯规划师资队伍、注重素质拓展训练体验式教学模式等应对策略。

College students’ career guidance in China has confined to vocational guidance.The theory and technology of the ca-reer guidance teachers are at a low level ,and college students don’t take career guidance seriously ,they are lack of the ability of career planning.The article puts forward the construction of three -dimensional career planning curriculum design system ,es-tablishing career planning of teachers based on TSQ model ,paying attention to developing the quality of training mode of teach-ing experience and coping strategies.
