[目的]比较不同科室护士核心能力的水平和特点,为人才培训和护理管理提供有效依据。[方法]采用整群抽样,运用中国注册护士核心能力量表,对舟山市三级甲等医院的中心城区的3个院区内科、外科、妇产科、儿科、急诊、重症监护室(ICU)等6类科室268名护士进行问卷调查。[结果]护士核心能力总分处于中等偏上水平,其中排名前三位是急诊、儿科、妇产科。不同科室护士在领导能力、人际关系、法律与伦理实践三个维度的核心能力上有显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]要考虑不同科室,不同人群护士的能力需求,注重培养的针对性,满足临床各科室护士能力的差异化需求和护理工作的要求。
[目的]比較不同科室護士覈心能力的水平和特點,為人纔培訓和護理管理提供有效依據。[方法]採用整群抽樣,運用中國註冊護士覈心能力量錶,對舟山市三級甲等醫院的中心城區的3箇院區內科、外科、婦產科、兒科、急診、重癥鑑護室(ICU)等6類科室268名護士進行問捲調查。[結果]護士覈心能力總分處于中等偏上水平,其中排名前三位是急診、兒科、婦產科。不同科室護士在領導能力、人際關繫、法律與倫理實踐三箇維度的覈心能力上有顯著差異(P<0.05)。[結論]要攷慮不同科室,不同人群護士的能力需求,註重培養的針對性,滿足臨床各科室護士能力的差異化需求和護理工作的要求。
[목적]비교불동과실호사핵심능력적수평화특점,위인재배훈화호리관리제공유효의거。[방법]채용정군추양,운용중국주책호사핵심능역량표,대주산시삼급갑등의원적중심성구적3개원구내과、외과、부산과、인과、급진、중증감호실(ICU)등6류과실268명호사진행문권조사。[결과]호사핵심능력총분처우중등편상수평,기중배명전삼위시급진、인과、부산과。불동과실호사재령도능력、인제관계、법률여윤리실천삼개유도적핵심능력상유현저차이(P<0.05)。[결론]요고필불동과실,불동인군호사적능력수구,주중배양적침대성,만족림상각과실호사능력적차이화수구화호리공작적요구。
Objective] To compare characteristics and level of core competence of nurses from different departments, provide evidence for personnel training and nursing management. [Methods] A survey was conducted among 268 nurses from different departments such as internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, emergency and ICU in grade A tertiary hospital in Zhoushan, with competency inventory for registered nurse(CIRN) and general information questionnaire. [Results] The total score of nurses' core competence was in a middle level; ranked the top three were emergency, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology. Nurses' core competence of dimension of leadership, interpersonal relationship, law and ethics from different departments had significant difference(P<0.05). [Conclusion] We need to consider ability demand of different nurses from different departments, pay attention to pertinence of cultivation, satisfy divergent needs of nurses of different departments and demands of nursing service.
