以翻译专业为例，对本科毕业论文进行多样化改革，在保留传统学术论文形式的基础上，新增了翻译实践报告和翻译作品认证两种新的形式。并通过调查问卷与访谈的方式对毕业论文多样化改革的效果进行统计分析，认为本科毕业论文多样化改革对翻译本科专业课程设置、本科毕业论文撰写方式、论文管理方式和论文指导教师素质等方面具有反拨作用。

Taking the undergraduate program of BTI as the object of study,this paper explores on the plural reform in the writing of BTI graduation thesis under the guidance of backwash effect theory. Questionnaires and interviews are employed to probe into the backwash effect of the reform for the cur-riculum design of BTI program,the specific ways of thesis writing and routine management,and the qualities of BTI thesis-writing supervisors.
