为了提高转炉炼钢的自动化水平,采用副枪和炉气分析系统的过程动态控制技术,建立了适用于转炉半钢炼钢的终点动态控制模型。根据初始条件和终点目标,用静态模型制定吹炼方案,连续检测吹炼过程中的炉气成分;全程在线预报熔池C、Si、Mn、P、S含量及熔池温度;接近吹炼终点时,用副枪测温,进行动态校正,确定吹炼终点。工程应用证明,基于本模型的计算机系统实现了转炉炼钢全过程的生产指导、生产控制和生产实绩收集,并可对生产作业进行工艺优化。

In order to enhance automization of converter steelmaking with semi-steel, a dynamic terminal-point control model for converter steelmaking with semi-steel was established by adopting dynamic control process technology based on standby lance and off-gas analysis system. According to initial condition and terminal target, blowing scheme was drawn up with static model, which continuously detected off-gas composition during blowing process. Then, an on-line prediction of contents of C, Si, Mn, P and S, as well as temperature of bath was realized through the whole course. Once nearing the terminal point of blowing process, temperature was measured with standby lance for dynamic calibration, so as to determine the terminal point of blowing process. The engineering application has proved that computer system based on such model can be used for direction and control in manufacturing, as well as parameters collection through the whole process, leading to an optimization of manufacturing operation.
