为了有效解决朔南矿区软岩箕斗装载硐室修复技术难度大的难题,以麻家梁煤矿箕斗装载硐室修复工程为背景,通过分析硐室破坏的原因,提出了硐室合理的修复方案,并基于广义Hoek-Brown强度准则获取岩体力学参数,采用数值模拟方法对硐室的修复方案进行分析,同时介绍了修复技术的施工工艺。现场工业性试验结果表明:矿用锚索受力为76.9~131.7 kN,周边位移为-1~1 mm,均趋于稳定。该硐室修复方案提高了围岩与加固结构的整体承载能力,有效地控制了软岩箕斗装载硐室围岩的变形。

The skip-loading pocket in Majialiang Coal Mine was taken as an example for effectively solving technical difficulty in reinforcing soft rock skip-loading pocket in Shuonan mine area. After analyzing failure reasons for underground chambers, a scheme for restoring and reinforcing pockets was put forward, with the rock mechanical parameters obtained based on the generalized Hoek-Brown strength criterion. The whole restoring scheme was then analyzed by means of numerical simulation and the involved construction technology was briefly introduced. The on-site industrial test showed that the anchoring force of anchor on the mining area was 76.9~131.7 kN, with the surrounding rock displacement within the range of -1~1 mm, tending towards stability. It can be concluded that such restoring scheme, which has enhanced the integrated loading capacity of surrounding rock and the supporting structure, could effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock in the soft rock skip-loading pocket.
