鉴于晶闸管充当脉冲功率开关时极易造成热量累积和温度陡升,因而快速、可靠和准确地获取脉冲功率开关组件的温度并实现过温报警,对于开关组件的安全运行至关重要。介绍集成温度传感器AD590的工作原理,采用绝缘型结构,将ARM微处理器作为嵌入式网络系统的核心,通过硬件与软件两方面的设计,利用AD590实现了对脉冲功率开关阀体温度的远距离在线监测与实时数据上传,可确保脉冲功率开关健康运行。
鑒于晶閘管充噹脈遲功率開關時極易造成熱量纍積和溫度陡升,因而快速、可靠和準確地穫取脈遲功率開關組件的溫度併實現過溫報警,對于開關組件的安全運行至關重要。介紹集成溫度傳感器AD590的工作原理,採用絕緣型結構,將ARM微處理器作為嵌入式網絡繫統的覈心,通過硬件與軟件兩方麵的設計,利用AD590實現瞭對脈遲功率開關閥體溫度的遠距離在線鑑測與實時數據上傳,可確保脈遲功率開關健康運行。

When the thyristor acts as a pulse power switch,the power loss can easily accumulate heat for the junction region of the thyristor in a short time,and the temperature of the junction may rise instantly and significantly,which poses certain risks on the safe operation of the device. Therefore,a quick and pre-cise acquisition of the temperature of the pulse power switch is of vital importance,and an alarm needs to be automatically triggered when the temperature is over the security limit. In this paper,a temperature sen-sor,AD590,is used to collect the temperature signal,and an embedded system based on ARM is used to monitor and upload the temperature state of the pulse power switch in real time. Finally,the validity of the designed system is verified with both theoretic analysis and experimental results.
