目的:探讨三维适形放疗后程补量照射对体部恶性肿瘤的治疗价值。方法:选择体部恶性肿瘤患者180例,先行常规外照射DT 40~50 Gy(20~25 F/4~5 W),再行三维适形放射治疗后程补量照射治疗,放射源为直线加速器15 MVX射线,利用多叶光栅实现4~6个三维适形照射野,分次治疗方法为DT 4~6 Gy/F,隔日1次,4~6次为1疗程,平均补量为DT 30 Gy(24~36 Gy)。结果:治疗后3~6个月,CT及MRI复查显示:134例原发癌中118例肿瘤缩小或消失(占88%)、46例转移癌中38例肿块明显缩小(占83%);160例患者KPS评分均有提高(占89%);全部病例未出现明显放疗并发症。结论:三维适形放射治疗体部恶性肿瘤疗效肯定,其后程补量结合常规放疗对于改善患者预后是有益的。

목적:탐토삼유괄형방료후정보량조사대체부악성종류적치료개치。방법:선택체부악성종류환자180례,선행상규외조사DT 40~50 Gy(20~25 F/4~5 W),재행삼유괄형방사치료후정보량조사치료,방사원위직선가속기15 MVX사선,이용다협광책실현4~6개삼유괄형조사야,분차치료방법위DT 4~6 Gy/F,격일1차,4~6차위1료정,평균보량위DT 30 Gy(24~36 Gy)。결과:치료후3~6개월,CT급MRI복사현시:134례원발암중118례종류축소혹소실(점88%)、46례전이암중38례종괴명현축소(점83%);160례환자KPS평분균유제고(점89%);전부병례미출현명현방료병발증。결론:삼유괄형방사치료체부악성종류료효긍정,기후정보량결합상규방료대우개선환자예후시유익적。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic value of late course 3 dimensional conformal radiation therapy in the treatment of bodily malignant neoplasms.Methods: One hundred and eighty patients with bodily malignant neoplasms including 46 of 180 patients with metastases tumor were chosen to study. All patents were undertaken late course 3 dimensional conformal radiation therapies after the routine radio therapy. The stereotactic mean radio dose was 30Gy. All patients followed up 3 to 12 months.Results: After the 3 dimensional conformal radiation therapy 3-6 months, 118 in 134 patients primary tumor were reduced, 38in 46 patients metastases tumor were reduced. KPS was improved in 160 of 180 patients. All patients had no radiogical complication.Conclusion: The 3 dimensional conformal radiation therapy for bodily malignant neoplasms were effective, late 3 dimensional conformal radiation therapy combination general radiotherapy were effective in improving prognosis with patients.
