目的：针对大型医用设备配置现状，探讨、分析医院设备管理中存在的问题及其原因，提出科学的管理办法。方法：购置大型医用设备前开展考察论证、可行性分析，购置后实施科学的绩效评估。结果：根据绩效评估报告，调整采购计划，使大型设备的配置得到优化。结论：使用大型医用设备绩效评估的新方法，实现大型设备配置规范化、合理化，更好地为大型医用设备的综合管理和购置决策提供参考依据。

목적：침대대형의용설비배치현상，탐토、분석의원설비관리중존재적문제급기원인，제출과학적관리판법。방법：구치대형의용설비전개전고찰론증、가행성분석，구치후실시과학적적효평고。결과：근거적효평고보고，조정채구계화，사대형설비적배치득도우화。결론：사용대형의용설비적효평고적신방법，실현대형설비배치규범화、합이화，경호지위대형의용설비적종합관리화구치결책제공삼고의거。
Objective:In the current situation of large medical equipment configuration, we explore the existing problems in hospital equipment management, analyze the causes of those problems, and propose scientific management methods.Methods: To investigate, evaluate and analyze possibility before the acquisition of large medical equipment, to implement scientific performance evaluation after the acquisition of large medical equipment.Results: Adjust purchase plan and optimize large medical equipment configuration based on the evaluation report.Conclusion: Adopt a new method of large medical equipment performance evaluation to achieve large medical equipment configuration standardization and rationalization, and preferably provides reference to the future management of large medical equipment and acquisition decision.
