目的:探讨“护理礼仪与形体训练”实训课应用情景模拟的教学效果。方法:随机抽取沧州医学高等专科学校11级专科护理两个班,分为实验班和对照班。实验班采用改革后教学方法授课;对照班采用传统授课方式。授课后采用自制调查问卷对实验班学生及基础护理技术任课教师进行调查,并对两班基础护理技术考核中护理礼仪成绩进行比较。结果:实验班学生考核成绩及能力明显优于对照班,其差异具有统计学意义(x2=14.483,P<0.05);实验班学生对于教学效果评价及基础护理教师对学生的评价均良好。结论:教学改革后“护理礼仪与形体训练”实训教学优于传统教学,激发了学生学习积极性,提高了学生应用护理礼仪的能力。

목적:탐토“호리례의여형체훈련”실훈과응용정경모의적교학효과。방법:수궤추취창주의학고등전과학교11급전과호리량개반,분위실험반화대조반。실험반채용개혁후교학방법수과;대조반채용전통수과방식。수과후채용자제조사문권대실험반학생급기출호리기술임과교사진행조사,병대량반기출호리기술고핵중호리례의성적진행비교。결과:실험반학생고핵성적급능력명현우우대조반,기차이구유통계학의의(x2=14.483,P<0.05);실험반학생대우교학효과평개급기출호리교사대학생적평개균량호。결론:교학개혁후“호리례의여형체훈련”실훈교학우우전통교학,격발료학생학습적겁성,제고료학생응용호리례의적능력。
Objective:To discuss the teaching effects on the application of Scenario Simulation in Nursing Etiquette and physique training Practice Course.Methods: The subjects are two classes randomly selected from nursing department in Grade 2011 of Cangzhou Medical College. One class is set as experimental class (EC), and the other control class (CC). Scenario Simulation is adopted in EC while traditional method in CC. After the teaching, post-test and questionnaire are conducted among EC and basic nursing teachers.Results: After the teaching experiment, it is testified that the scores and competency of EC is obviously much higher than that of CC, and the difference was statistically significant (x2=14.483,P<0.05). In addition, both the EC students’ evaluation on course and the teachers’ evaluation on the students are much better.Conclusion: After the teaching reform, the course is more effective practice and training class teaching than traditional method and it can firmly prove that students’ interests and enthusiasm are enhanced, and that their Nursing Etiquette competency is improved as well.
