目的:研制适合移动式医院使用的模块化医疗器材洗消系统,保障50~200张床位的移动式医院医疗器材的消毒供应。方法:研究试制能够在较大规模自然灾害和战地环境下开展医疗器材高效洗消的移动式车载医疗器材洗消系统,包括15类关键和辅助设备,将试制的系统与模拟测试和某型洗消挂车进行对比试验,以及无外援性介质供给情况下的独立运行试验。结果:该系统的平均洗消处理周期为78.2 min,平均洗消通过量为180 L,洗消处理后无菌器材包抽检质量合格率为99.5%,明显优于洗消挂车,且能够无故障独立运行24 h以上。结论:移动式车载医疗器材洗消系统具有较强的实用价值,对国内模块化灾害救援移动式医院和野战移动式医院的建设起到借鉴作用。

Objective:To develop a set of modular medical equipments of cleaning and disinfection and ensure the security of medical equipment supplies for 50-200 beds in mobile hospital.Methods: To carry out under new theories, technologies and equipments of mobile hospital medical equipments of cleaning and disinfection, and tried to develop a set of mobile medical equipment system of cleaning and disinfection applicable to large-scale natural disasters and battlefield environment, including 15 kinds of critical and auxiliary equipments. And the experimental mobile medical equipment system of cleaning and disinfection is independently operated with simulation tests, compared with a decontamination trailer and tested in the absence of external supply medium. Results: shows that this system is better than cleaning disinfection trailers with an average processing cycle of 78.2 min, a cleaning and disinfection throughput of 180L, 99.5% sampling qualified rate of aseptic equipments after cleaning and disinfection treatments, and an independent and trouble-free running of more than 24 hours. Conclusion: The experimental system has high practical and reference values for the mobile hospital construction of modular disaster assistance and field operations.
