目的探讨早期微量喂养联合抚触护理在早产儿中的应用效果.方法 100例早产儿分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规喂养和常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用早期微量喂养和抚触护理,比较两组早产儿的胃肠功能和生长发育情况.结果观察组的护理第7天时的胃泌素和胃动素水平显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组的出生体重恢复时间、住暖箱时间例数显著少于对照组,体重、头围、身长增加均大于对照组(P＜0.05).两组喂养不耐受比例无统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论早期微量喂养联合抚触护理有利于改善早产儿的胃肠功能,促进早产儿发育.

Objective To investigate the application effect of early minimal feeding combined with touch care in preterm infants.Methods A total of 100 premature infants were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was used conventional feeding and conventional care,the observation group was given early minimal feeding and touch care on the basis of the routine nursing care,gastrointestinal function and growth were compared between the premature infants of two groups.Results Gastrin and motilin levels after nursing after 7d in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The observation group's birth weight recovery time and the time of living in warm box were significantly less than those in the control group,body weight,head circumference,height increase were greater than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The ratio of feeding intolerance between two groups was no statistical significance difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Early minimal feeding combined touch care is beneficial to the improvement of preterm gastrointestinal function,promote the growth of premature infants.
