目的:观察布托啡诺对兔定量药物脑电图( QPEEG)的影响。方法24只健康成年家兔随机分为4组(n=6),分别静脉注射生理盐水1 ml· kg-1及布托啡诺0.1、0.5、2.5 mg· kg -1;应用数字脑电地形图仪,分别记录给药前30 s,给药后30 s及给药后1、2、3、5 min兔左、右大脑额、顶、枕、颞8个脑区QPEEG,采用功率谱分析,分析给药前后QPEEG的变化。结果与给药前比较,生理盐水组及布托啡诺0.1 mg· kg-1组、0.5 mg· kg-1组各脑区各频段功率百分比均无明显变化,2.5 mg· kg-1组左脑额、顶、枕区α1频段功率百分比在30 s~5 min内减少(P<0.05)。结论小、中剂量布托啡诺对家兔QPEEG各脑区各频段功率百分比无明显影响,大剂量布托啡诺可以减少左脑额、顶、枕区α1频段功率百分比。表明布托啡诺与阿片受体完全激动剂在大脑皮质的作用部位、频段上存在着差别。
目的:觀察佈託啡諾對兔定量藥物腦電圖( QPEEG)的影響。方法24隻健康成年傢兔隨機分為4組(n=6),分彆靜脈註射生理鹽水1 ml· kg-1及佈託啡諾0.1、0.5、2.5 mg· kg -1;應用數字腦電地形圖儀,分彆記錄給藥前30 s,給藥後30 s及給藥後1、2、3、5 min兔左、右大腦額、頂、枕、顳8箇腦區QPEEG,採用功率譜分析,分析給藥前後QPEEG的變化。結果與給藥前比較,生理鹽水組及佈託啡諾0.1 mg· kg-1組、0.5 mg· kg-1組各腦區各頻段功率百分比均無明顯變化,2.5 mg· kg-1組左腦額、頂、枕區α1頻段功率百分比在30 s~5 min內減少(P<0.05)。結論小、中劑量佈託啡諾對傢兔QPEEG各腦區各頻段功率百分比無明顯影響,大劑量佈託啡諾可以減少左腦額、頂、枕區α1頻段功率百分比。錶明佈託啡諾與阿片受體完全激動劑在大腦皮質的作用部位、頻段上存在著差彆。
목적:관찰포탁배낙대토정량약물뇌전도( QPEEG)적영향。방법24지건강성년가토수궤분위4조(n=6),분별정맥주사생리염수1 ml· kg-1급포탁배낙0.1、0.5、2.5 mg· kg -1;응용수자뇌전지형도의,분별기록급약전30 s,급약후30 s급급약후1、2、3、5 min토좌、우대뇌액、정、침、섭8개뇌구QPEEG,채용공솔보분석,분석급약전후QPEEG적변화。결과여급약전비교,생리염수조급포탁배낙0.1 mg· kg-1조、0.5 mg· kg-1조각뇌구각빈단공솔백분비균무명현변화,2.5 mg· kg-1조좌뇌액、정、침구α1빈단공솔백분비재30 s~5 min내감소(P<0.05)。결론소、중제량포탁배낙대가토QPEEG각뇌구각빈단공솔백분비무명현영향,대제량포탁배낙가이감소좌뇌액、정、침구α1빈단공솔백분비。표명포탁배낙여아편수체완전격동제재대뇌피질적작용부위、빈단상존재착차별。
Objective To investigate the effects of butorphanol on quantitative pharmaco -electroencephalography (QPEEG) in rabbits.Methods Twenty-four healthy rabbits were randomly divided into four groups (n=6), where rabbits in each group were intravenously injected with 1 ml/kg normal saline, 0.1 ml/kg, 0.5 ml/kg or 2.5 ml/kg butor-phanol.Then a digital EEG system was adopted to record the changes of QPEEG in eight encephalic regions 30 seconds before and 30 seconds, 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 minutes after injection.Results Compared with the baseline, there is no remarkable change in the normal saline group , and 0.1 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg butorphanol group as to the percentages of various band powers .The percentages of 1 band power in the frontal , parietal, and occipital areas of the left brain of 2.5 mg/kg butorphanol group are noted down within 30 seconds to 5 minutes (P<0.05).Conclusion Low and medium doses of butorphanol perform no obvious effect on the percentage of various band powers of QPEEG of rab -bits.A high dose of butorphanol can decrease the percentages of 1 band power in the frontal , parietal, and occipital areas of the left brain.The data indicate different sites of action and band powers when butorphanol interacts with an opioid re -ceptor agonist in the cerebral cortex .
