怎样处理大量的疏浚淤泥已经成为水利工程建设中亟待解决的问题,目前国内外尚未有淤泥处理的规范方法,工程应用中技术人员对淤泥处理技术的选择无章可依。为此,对国内外主要的淤泥处理技术进行了梳理,分别按淤泥是否污染、处理地点差异和最终归宿的不同进行了分类。重金属污染污泥可采用钝化、稳定化的处理方法;就地处理技术和堆场处理技术适合于大规模淤泥的处理,也是目前国内外采用最多的方法;资源化利用技术是未来淤泥处理技术的发展方向。在实际淤泥处理工程中,需要根据处理技术要求和淤泥的特点合理选择处理方法,并且工程中往往是多种处理技术相结合。

Large amount of dredged materials(DM)from hydraulic projects are urgently to be disposed,however,there are no rules and specifica-tions both at home and abroad,making engineers can not choose the DM disposal techniques correctly. In this paper,some major DM treatment techniques were introduced,it was classified according to the contaminated characteristics of DM and disposal sites and the final destination of DM. Inactivation-stabiliszation technique is generally adopted for heavy metal contaminated DM,in-situ treatment and storage yard treatment are especial fit for large amount DM disposal and used widely in worldwide. Resourceful utilization is the main development direction for DM dispose. The prin-ciples of different treatment techniques for DM were detailed and emphasized in the paper,in the practical DM treatment project,the technical re-quirements and the characteristics of DM should be considered as the key factors. In fact,multiple treatment techniques are usually adopted togeth-er for DM disposal engineering.
