目的：观察银杏叶提取物用于预防慢性脑供血不足继续进展的临床疗效。方法：选取160例老年慢性脑供血不足患者，将其随机分为观察组（80例）和对照组（80例），对照组患者给予常规抗血小板治疗及营养神经药物，并针对患者存在的高危因素用药；观察组在此基础上给予银杏叶提取物（金纳多）治疗。观察两组血脂、血液流速等指标，比较其临床疗效。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为83．75％，明显高于对照组的66．25％，差异有统计学意义；同时观察组治疗后血脂各项指标、高敏C 反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、血液流速均较治疗前明显改善，横向比较优于对照组。结论：银杏叶提取物可防止慢性脑供血不足的继续进展，各项治疗指标疗效优于常规用药，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰은행협제취물용우예방만성뇌공혈불족계속진전적림상료효。방법：선취160례노년만성뇌공혈불족환자，장기수궤분위관찰조（80례）화대조조（80례），대조조환자급여상규항혈소판치료급영양신경약물，병침대환자존재적고위인소용약；관찰조재차기출상급여은행협제취물（금납다）치료。관찰량조혈지、혈액류속등지표，비교기림상료효。결과：관찰조치료총유효솔위83．75％，명현고우대조조적66．25％，차이유통계학의의；동시관찰조치료후혈지각항지표、고민C 반응단백（hs-CRP）、혈액류속균교치료전명현개선，횡향비교우우대조조。결론：은행협제취물가방지만성뇌공혈불족적계속진전，각항치료지표료효우우상규용약，치득림상추엄。
objective:To observe the clinical effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on preventing the progres-sion of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency .Method:We recruited 160 elderly inpatients (age >60ys) who suf-fered from chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency .Then they were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,each 80 examples .The control group were given routine treatment including antiplatelet therapy and neurotrophic drugs and were medicated according to the risk factors .On basis of these ,the observation group was treated with Ginkgo biloba extract (Ginaton) treatment .Blood lipid、hemorheology and were compared between the two groups .Result :The total effective rate of the observation group was 83 .75% which was significantly higher than that in control group of 66 .25% and the difference was statistically significant .Meanwhile ,the parameters of blood lipid、hs-CRP、velocity of blood were greatly improved ,compared with the control group .Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba extract could prevent the progression of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency .
