目的 探讨分析前列腺干细胞抗原(PSCA)第一外显子区(exon 1)基因多态性与肿瘤易感性是否存在相关性.方法 使用PubMed数据库检索2011年5月以前的相关文献,按纳入标准搜索含有研究PSCA exon 1 C>T多态性与肿瘤易感性相关的信息.结果 根据检索条件,共有16306例肿瘤患者和17962例对照被纳入当前荟萃分析.分析表明PSCA exon 1 C>T多态性增加了肿瘤的易感性,在肿瘤分层分析中发现PSCA突变型等位基因T显著增加了膀胱癌(P<0.001,OR =1.09,95%CI:1.05~ 1.13)和胃癌(P =0.006,OR=1.21,95%CI:1.06~1.39)的易感性.结论 PSCA exon 1 C>T多态性与膀胱癌和胃癌易感性存在相关性.

Objectives Results from the related published studies on PSCA polymorphisms and cancer risk were somewhat underpowered in general.To assess the role of PSCA exon 1 C > T variant in global cancer by meta-analysis.Methods A computerized literature search was conducted from PubMed and MEDLINE database.Two investigators extracted the data and reached a consensus on all items independently.Results The results showed evidence that PSCA exon 1 C > T pymorphism was associated with increased total cancer risk in the overall comparisons.PSCA exon 1 C >T polymorphism has an increased risk in bladder cancer (P <0.001,OR =1.09,95%CI:1.05~1.13) and gastric cancer (P =0.006,OR=1.21,95%CI:1.06~1.39).Conclusions Thismeta-analysis showed evidence that PSCA exon 1 C > T polymorphism was associated with bladder cancer and gastric cancer.
