目的:调查分析ICU护士知识结构对专业核心能力影响,为今后提高ICU护士专业核心能力实施相应的干预策略,为医院ICU护理人力资源的配备、利用以及培训提供科学依据。方法采用CIRNL量表,对本院153名ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果 ICU护士的学历与7个维度及总体核心能力无相关关系(P>0.05);ICU护士接受专业培训级别与7个维度及总体核心能力呈正相关(P<0.05),培训级别越高,其专业核心能力越强;接受ICU专业培训时间的长短与总体核心能力及评判性思维能力呈正相关(P<0.05);接受临床带教培训时间与总体核心能力、临床技能、教育与咨询、评判性思维、领导管理能力呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论在ICU护士的知识结构中,ICU专业知识是专业核心能力的重要影响因素,重症护理教育在提高ICU护士重症护理水平方面起着十分重要的作用。因此加强系统规范的危重症护理教育是提高ICU护士专业核心能力的关键。

Objective To investigate the impact of ICU nurses' knowledge structure on the professional core abilities, providing a scien-tific basis for training to improve ICU nurses' professional core ability in the future implementation of the corresponding intervention strategy, for hospital ICU nursing equipment and utilization of human resources. Methods The questionnaire survey to 153 ICU nurses in our hospital by CIRNL scale. Results ICU nurse education with seven dimensions and overall core competence has no correlation (P>0.05); ICU nurses professional training level and seven dimensions and overall core competence were positively correlated( P<0.05), the higher the level of training, the professional core ability stronger; the length of time on professional training and the overall core ability and critical thinking skills were positively correlated (P<0.05); the time of clinical teaching training and overall core ability and clinical skills, education and consultation, critical thinking, leadership management skills were positively correlated( P<0.05). Conclusion In the ICU nurses' knowledge structure, ICU professional knowledge is one of the important factors affecting the professional core abili-ties, and intensive nursing education plays a very important role in improving the quality of ICU nurses. So to strengthen the system specification of critical care nursing education is the key to improve ICU nurses professional core abilities.
