Gear box is the key component of wind turbines, it also becomes one of the factors that cause high cost in the whole life cycle. This paper analyzed the effectiveness of model, and formed a HTAS gear box solution combing with RENK military standard, AEROGEAR patent technology and car lean manufacturing process.
