我国风能资源与电力负荷分布不匹配,长距离大容量输送风电是加快我国风电发展的重要战略举措。从电网安全和经济性考虑,可以合理弃风,输送经济可用容量。本文对建设蒙东-华东、酒泉-华中两项特高压直流输电工程的技术经济可行性进行了分析,并提出了三点建议促进该工程建设及风电消纳。

Te distribution of China's wind resource and electricity load are not matched, so long-distance transmission is a strategic initiative of wind power. Concerning about the grid security and economy, wind power can be transported with economically available capacity after reasonable curtailment. This paper analyzes technical and economic feasibility on construction of East Inner Mongolia-East China and Jiuquan-Central China UHVDC transmission projects, and puts forward three related suggestions to promote the projects’construction and wind power consumption.
