考虑到电气设备在电网系统中的重要作用,现行的抗震设防水准已不足以保证其安全性,电气设备的抗震设防水准有待进一步提高。通过对比国内不同工程抗震规范和国内外电气设备抗震规范的规定,明确目前电气设备抗震设防的不足,建议电气设备的抗震设防水准取为50年超越概率2%。结合不同设防烈度区数十个典型地区地震危险性分析,提出了建议的抗震设防水准对应的峰值加速度取值,并通过对比不同电气设备抗震规范中加速度取值对应的超越概率水平,验证了该取值的合理性。

Considering that electrical equipment plays an important role in power distribution system, and that the current seismic fortiifcation level is not enough to guarantee their safety, this paper raised to further improve the seismic fortiifcation level of electrical equipment. The com-parison of different engineering seismic codes and electrical equipment seismic codes at home and abroad showed the lack of seismic fortiifcation of current electrical equipment. It is recommended that the seismic fortiifcation level of electrical equipment is taken as exceeding probability of 2%in 50 years. Combined with seismic risk analysis of ten typical regions in different fortiifcation intensity Districts, this paper proposed the peak acceleration values corresponding to suggestive seismic fortiifcation level. The values are veriifed to be reasonable by contrasting the exceeding probability level corresponding to the peak acceleration values in different electrical equipment seismic codes.
