目的：观察调和阴阳经刺法治疗缺血性中风痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法：60例缺血性中风痉挛性瘫痪患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，在常规西药治疗的基础上，治疗组采用调和阴阳经刺法，对照组予常规针刺治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后的痉挛指数及日常生活能力。结果：治疗组痉挛指数评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组日常生活活动能力评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：调和阴阳经刺法治疗缺血性中风痉挛性偏瘫有良好效果，能较快改善肢体痉挛偏瘫状态，恢复肢体运动功能，提高患者日常生活活动能力。
목적：관찰조화음양경자법치료결혈성중풍경련성편탄적림상료효。방법：60례결혈성중풍경련성탄탄환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，재상규서약치료적기출상，치료조채용조화음양경자법，대조조여상규침자치료，관찰량조환자치료전후적경련지수급일상생활능력。결과：치료조경련지수평분저우대조조（P<0.05）；치료조일상생활활동능력평분고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：조화음양경자법치료결혈성중풍경련성편탄유량호효과，능교쾌개선지체경련편탄상태，회복지체운동공능，제고환자일상생활활동능력。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy in acupuncture of regulating yin and yang treating spastic hemiplegia after ischemic stroke. Methods:60 cases of spastic hemiplegia after ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, on the basal treatment of conventional western medicine, treatment group adopted acupuncture of regulating yin and yang, control group with treatment of routine acupunc-ture, spasticity index and ability of daily life between two groups were observed before and after the treatment. Results:Spasm index score of treat-ment group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05);activities of daily living score in treatment group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:It is greatly effective in acupuncture of regulating yin and yang treating spastic hemiplegia after ischemic stroke, which can quick-ly improve the state of spastic hemiplegia, recover the limb motor function and enhance the activities of daily living of patients.
