目的：观察艾灸内关、足三里治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效。方法：60例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例，治疗组温和灸内关、足三里，对照组予金施尔康片口服及对症治疗，1个月后对比两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组外周血白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-6明显低于对照组，自然杀伤细胞活性明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：艾灸内关、足三里治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效较好，能提高患者外周血NK细胞活性，降低IL-2、IL-6含量。
목적：관찰애구내관、족삼리치료만성피로종합정적료효。방법：60례만성피로종합정환자수궤분위치료조급대조조각30례，치료조온화구내관、족삼리，대조조여금시이강편구복급대증치료，1개월후대비량조료효。결과：치료조총유효솔명현고우대조조（P<0.05）；치료조외주혈백세포개소-2、백세포개소-6명현저우대조조，자연살상세포활성명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론：애구내관、족삼리치료만성피로종합정료효교호，능제고환자외주혈NK세포활성，강저IL-2、IL-6함량。
Objective:To observe the curative effects in moxibustion of Neiguan, Zusanli treating chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods: 60 cases of chronic fatigue syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each of 30 cases, treatment group with moxibustion of Neiguan and Zusanli, control group was given oral gold theragran tablets and symptomatic treatment, to compare the effects of two groups after a month. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05);interleukin-2 and interleu-kin-6 of peripheral blood in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group, activity of natural killer cell was significantly high-er than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Efficacy of moxibustion of Neiguan, Zusanli treating chronic fatigue syndrome is better, which can improve the peripheral blood activity of natural killer cell, and reduce the content of IL-2, IL-6.
