目的：观察早期介入康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力（ADL）的影响。方法：急性脑卒中偏瘫患者60例随机分为康复组和对照组各30例，两组均予神经内科常规药物治疗，康复组再配合早期康复训练，2疗程后观察两组Barthel指数评分。结果：康复组Barthel指数评分明显高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：早期介入康复治疗能明显提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的日常生活活动能力。

목적：관찰조기개입강복치료대뇌졸중편탄환자일상생활활동능력（ADL）적영향。방법：급성뇌졸중편탄환자60례수궤분위강복조화대조조각30례，량조균여신경내과상규약물치료，강복조재배합조기강복훈련，2료정후관찰량조Barthel지수평분。결과：강복조Barthel지수평분명현고우대조조（P<0.01）。결론：조기개입강복치료능명현제고뇌졸중편탄환자적일상생활활동능력。
Objective:To observe the effects of early rehabilitation treatment on activities of daily living (ADL) of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods:60 cases of acute stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group, each of 30 cases, two groups were both treated with conventional medicine treatment of neurology, rehabilitation group added with early rehabilitation training, the Barthel index scores of the two groups were observed after two courses of treatment. Results:The Barthel index score of rehabilitation group was significant-ly higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Early rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the activities of daily living in stroke patients with hemiplegia.
