根据《防灾避难场所设计规范》报批稿中对避难建筑的抗震要求,对某中学体育馆进行了抗震性能试设计,分析了原建筑按照避难设计要求在侧向刚度及承载力方面的不足,在不断试算的基础上提出了两种加固方案,一种直接在外围增设柱间钢支撑,另一种是采用减震粘滞阻尼器,并对两种方案分别采用SATWE、ETABS和EPDA进行了多遇地震下的承载力及侧移计算,以及罕遇地震下静力push-over弾塑性分析和动力弾塑性时程分析,验证了采用钢支撑或者减震阻尼器均能有效起到第一道抗震防线的作用,适用于对抗震要求较高的避难建筑。

According to the seismic requirements of 《Code for Design of Disasters Mitigation Emergency Congregate Shelter》,the stadium of Tangshan NO .1 High School is designed again for its seismic performance being an emer-gency shelter structures .The lack of the original building such as lateral stiffness and bearing capacity is analyzed in accordance with refuge design requirements .Two reinforcement plans are proposed on the basis of the constant spreadsheet ,one install steel supports between surrounding columns ,the other should use viscous dampers in struc-tures.The analysis of lateral displacement and bearing capacity in frequent earthquake is carried out using SATWE and ETABS .Then the push-over and inelastic time history analysis are implemented in the structure depended on ETABS and EPDA .The first earthquake-resistant lines by steel support or damper can effectively play to apply to the seismic requirements of emergency sheltering structures .
