目的通过健康教育让病人掌握冠心病防治的基本知识，对冠心病有正确认识，以减少或延缓并发症的发生，改善病人及其家庭的生活质量。方法通过设立宣传栏、开展讲座、向病人发放健康教育手册、个别讲解等方式。结果患者接受健康教育后，对冠心病的认识均有不同程度的提高，基本掌握了冠心病的基础知识，有效地控制了疾病的发展。结论院外健康教育适应冠心病患者的医疗护理需求，开展多种形式的院外健康教育成为解决冠心病患者病程中诸多问题最理想的办法。
