目的探讨64排螺旋CT血管成像对隔下动脉的显及临床应用价值。方法搜集我院2011年4月至2011年10月间临床拟诊肝脏病变,行上腹部多层螺旋CT多期增强扫描检查45例患者的CT资料,所有患者均在动脉期采用智能跟踪法扫描,将动脉期图像的原始数据导入工作站利用MPR、MIP、VR血管重建技术进行隔下动脉成像,仔细观察隔下动脉的起源及变异、支数、走行,并对各种重建图像进行比较,评价其对隔下动脉的显示能力和临床价值。结果64排CT隔下动脉CTA重建技术中MIP、VR均能够准确显示隔下动脉起源。对隔下动脉的支数、走行的观察MIP较VR图像精细。MPR显示隔下动脉与邻近血管关系较好,定位较MIP、VR准确。结论64排螺旋CT隔下动脉血管成像能准确、直观地显示隔下动脉,为外科手术及介入术前提供重要信息。

Objective To study 64-detector Spiral CT Angiography in Showing the Inferior phrenic Artery and Its Clinical Application.Methods cases who had been suspected Liver diseases were collected in our hospital between April 2011 and October 2011, were underwent CT contrast-enhanced scanning by 64 MSCT, Smartprep technique were used in arterial phase. The imaging data of arterial phase were transferred to workstation and reconstructed using MPR,MIP and VR technique.The origin,branches were observed.And the reconstructed images are compared, to evaluate the Inferior phrenic Artery showed the ability and the clinical value. Results The MIP、VR images of Inferior phrenic artery could accurately show the origins and branches of Inferior phrenic arteries.The images of MPR were better than those of VR in branches of inferior phrenic arteries. Conclusion 64-detector CTA can accurately display the Inferior phrenic arteries,which can provide important information and guidance effect for surgical operation and interventional therapy.
