目的：观察冠心丹参滴丸对冠心病支架置入术后再狭窄的疗效及其作用机制。方法将60例行冠脉支架置入术治疗的冠心病患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例，对照组在支架置入术后予常规西药治疗，观察组在常规西药治疗基础上加用冠心丹参滴丸。观察术后6个月再狭窄发生率、心血管事件发生率、临床症状变化，并比较术后心室功能及血清IL-18、hs-CRP水平。结果术后6个月，观察组中医症候总有效率高于对照组（ P＜0．05）；不良心血管事件发生率低于对照组（P＜0．05）；室壁运动指数、左室射血分数及IL-18、hs-CRP水平两组比较有统计学差异（P均＜0．05）。结论冠心丹参滴丸可以降低冠脉介入术后再狭窄率。
목적：관찰관심단삼적환대관심병지가치입술후재협착적료효급기작용궤제。방법장60례행관맥지가치입술치료적관심병환자수궤분위관찰조여대조조각30례，대조조재지가치입술후여상규서약치료，관찰조재상규서약치료기출상가용관심단삼적환。관찰술후6개월재협착발생솔、심혈관사건발생솔、림상증상변화，병비교술후심실공능급혈청IL-18、hs-CRP수평。결과술후6개월，관찰조중의증후총유효솔고우대조조（ P＜0．05）；불양심혈관사건발생솔저우대조조（P＜0．05）；실벽운동지수、좌실사혈분수급IL-18、hs-CRP수평량조비교유통계학차이（P균＜0．05）。결론관심단삼적환가이강저관맥개입술후재협착솔。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and mechanism of Guanxin Danshen dropping pills on the restenosis after coronary stent implantation .Methods Sixty patients who underwent coronary stent implantation were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group , 30 cases in each group .After the operation , the control group was treated with conventional Western medicine , and the experimental group was treated with conventional Western medicine combined with Guanxin Danshen dropping pills .The restenosis rate, incidence of cardiovascular events ,changes in the clinical symptom of the two groups in 6 months after the coronary stent implantation were observed , the postoperative ventricular function and the levels of IL-18 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein ( Hs-CRP) were compared .Results Six months after the coronary stent implantation , TCM symptoms curative effect of the experimental group was superior than the control group (P<0.05) and the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events of the experimental group was signifi -cantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).There were significant differences in ventricular wall motion index , left ventricular ejection fraction and IL-18 and Hs-CRP levels between the two groups (all P<0.05).Conclusion Guanx-in Danshen dropping pills have significant effect in reducing the rate of restenosis after coronary stent implantation .
