目的观察血液透析(HD)串联血液灌流(HP)治疗在尿毒症皮肤瘙痒中的临床应用效果，总结治疗中护理措施，提高护理技术水平。方法维持性透析的尿毒症病人80例，随机分为两组，串联组40例，采用透析器与灌流器(HA130)串联进行治疗；对照组40例，单纯进行血液透析，每周治疗2～3次。串联组先行血液透析联合血液灌流，2小时后取下血液灌流器再单纯血液透析2小时，8周后观察两组患者皮肤瘙痒评分变化。结果 HD串联HP治疗后40例患者皮肤瘙痒症状均得以减轻，但是单纯血液透析组皮肤瘙痒症状无明显改善。结论 HD串联HP治疗对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒有效，要提高HD串联HP治疗水平，护士应不断学习新知识，新理论，善于总结经验，减少HD+HP治疗时不良反应及护理问题的发生。
목적관찰혈액투석(HD)천련혈액관류(HP)치료재뇨독증피부소양중적림상응용효과，총결치료중호리조시，제고호리기술수평。방법유지성투석적뇨독증병인80례，수궤분위량조，천련조40례，채용투석기여관류기(HA130)천련진행치료；대조조40례，단순진행혈액투석，매주치료2～3차。천련조선행혈액투석연합혈액관류，2소시후취하혈액관류기재단순혈액투석2소시，8주후관찰량조환자피부소양평분변화。결과 HD천련HP치료후40례환자피부소양증상균득이감경，단시단순혈액투석조피부소양증상무명현개선。결론 HD천련HP치료대뇨독증피부소양유효，요제고HD천련HP치료수평，호사응불단학습신지식，신이론，선우총결경험，감소HD+HP치료시불량반응급호리문제적발생。
Objective To observe the effect of hemodialysis (HD) with hemoperfusion (HP) in the treatment of uremic pruritus in clinical application, summarize the therapeutic nursing measures, improve the technological level of care. Method of maintenance hemodialysis in a uremic patient 80 cases, divided into two groups randomly, the series group 40 cases, the dialyzer and perfusion (HA130) series of treatment; 40 cases in the control group, simple hemodialysis, treatment of 2~3 times a week. The series group of go ahead of the rest of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis, 2 hours after taking the hemoperfusion and hemodialysis for 2 hours only, 8 weeks after the two groups were observed in patients with skin pruritus score changes. Results The HD series HP after treatment in 40 patients with skin itching symptoms were able to reduce, but simply hemodialysis group of skin itching without obvious improvement. Conclusion HD series HP therapy on uremic pruritus effectively, to improve the management level of HP HD series, nurses should keep learning new knowledge, new theory, be good at summing up experience, reduce the HD +HP treatment of adverse reaction and nursing problem.
