目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征合并脑梗死的治疗方法及临床疗效。方法 选取2011年1月~2012年6月我院收治的妊娠高血压综合征合并脑梗死患者21例,所有患者进行改善脑血流量、降纤、抗血小板及脑保护剂等治疗。结果 所有患者术前均表现为不同程度的偏瘫症状,CT检查显示脑部的不同部位出现梗死,经过治疗,除有3例患者肌力从Ⅱ级恢复到Ⅳ级,其他患者均恢复正常。结论妊娠高血压综合征是脑梗死的主要原因,若通过合理及时的处理妊高症合并脑梗死患者,可取得良好的预后效果,故对此类患者,应当高度重视,及时处理,避免出现永久性损坏神经功能。

목적탐토임신고혈압종합정합병뇌경사적치료방법급림상료효。방법 선취2011년1월~2012년6월아원수치적임신고혈압종합정합병뇌경사환자21례,소유환자진행개선뇌혈류량、강섬、항혈소판급뇌보호제등치료。결과 소유환자술전균표현위불동정도적편탄증상,CT검사현시뇌부적불동부위출현경사,경과치료,제유3례환자기력종Ⅱ급회복도Ⅳ급,기타환자균회복정상。결론임신고혈압종합정시뇌경사적주요원인,약통과합리급시적처리임고증합병뇌경사환자,가취득량호적예후효과,고대차류환자,응당고도중시,급시처리,피면출현영구성손배신경공능。
Objective: To explore treatment method and clinical curative effect of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome complicated by cerebral infarction. Methods: Select 21 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome complicated by cerebral infarction patients in our treatment from Jan 2011 to June 2012 , all patients were given improving cerebral blood flow, reducing fiber, antiplateleting and cerebral protective agent and so on the treatment.Results: Before operative all patients performed for different degrees of hemiplegia symptoms ,and CT examination showed different parts of the brain appear infarction, after treatment, only 3 patients strength returned from Ⅱ level to Ⅳ level, the other patients were returned to normal . Conclusion : Pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome is the main reason of cerebral infarction, if through the reasonable and timely treatment , pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome complicated by cerebral infarction patients can achieve good prognosis effect, so to these patients, we should give them regard and immediate treatment, avoid permanent damage nerve function.
