针对石油管监造的现状，阐述了石油管驻厂监造的定位问题，并从提高监造人员素质的角度出发，提出了加强驻厂人员业务培训、工作考核以及给监造人员创造发展的平台等措施，从而推动设备监理企业健康快速地发展。

Reviewing the status quo of the oil pipe manufacturing supervision, this article elaborates the positioning of the oil pipe in-plant manufacturing supervision and proposes a series of measures including enhancing in-plant staff professional training and performance evaluation, It also proposes creating platform for the supervision professionals’ development so as to promote healthy and rapid development of plant engineering consulting companies.
