将16QAM净荷引入正交调制光标记交换系统。利用仿真,对携带40 Gb/s 16QAM净荷与625 Mb/s ASK标记的系统传输性能进行验证。优化系统频率间隔和色散补偿方案,得到BER为10-9时,标记和净荷的接收灵敏度分别为-31.52 dBm和-22.22 dBm;经94 km光纤传输后,传输代价分别为0.4 dB与0.22 dB。结果表明:16QAM/ASK光标记交换系统具有良好的传输特性。

This article applies 16QAM payload to orthogonal modulated optical label switching system. The simulation setup is utilized to demonstrate the 16QAM/ASK optical labeled system with 40 Gb/s payload and 625 Mb/s label. By optimizing system frequency spacing and dispersion compensation scheme,at a BER value of 10-9,label and payload received sensitivities are-31.52 dBm and -22.22 dBm,respectively. Besides,with 94 km fibers transmission,power penalties are 0.4 dB and 0.22 dB, respectively. These results demonstrate that 16QAM/ASK optical label switching system has an excellent transmission characteristic.
