Introduced the screw conveyor of cylindrical spiral blade manufacture craft and the installation method,involving manufacture method of blade, blade expansion plan of two kinds of methods of making drawing, analyzed the technology about welding blade and transmission shaft, proved the feasibility of production and installation by enterprises their own. Through theoretical analysis and research,combined with the actual production,designed simple and easy process of cylindrical spiral blade,analyzed the determination of related parameters. For the blade and transmission shaft’s material,made the effective welding plan,in terms of welded details,put forward the reasonable suggestions and summarized the experience of the methods in practical production.
