南水北调中线工程禹长段某钢筋混凝土建筑物存在裂缝。分析了混凝土裂缝产生的原因,介绍了混凝土裂缝处理的3种施工方法,即表面涂刷法、嵌缝充填法、灌浆法,以及各施工方法的工艺流程。为尽量避免裂缝的出现,确保工程质量,根据南水北调中线干线混凝结构质量缺陷及裂缝处理技术规定,提出了钢筋混凝土建筑物质量控制要点。

Some cracks existed in reinforced concrete building in Yuzhou to Changge section of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion. The cause of this cracks was analyzed and 3 construction methods of crack treatment were introduced, including surface coating, fissure filling and grouting, so was the construction process. In order to prevent cracking and ensure the construction quality, the key points of quality control were put forward according to the quality defects of the concrete struc-ture and crack treatment regulations of reinforcement concrete structure.
