目的：探讨微创钢板内固定方法治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效和预后。方法选取2009年1月～2011年8月湖南省安化县人民医院骨科收治的肱骨干骨折患者21例，采用闭合复位微创锁定钢板内固定手术，进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者骨折均解剖复位，骨折一期愈合，肩、肘关节功能恢复良好，无桡神经损伤等并发症发生。手术时间30～60 min。结论微创锁定钢板内固定手术治疗肱骨干骨折是一种创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、并发症少的方法。
目的：探討微創鋼闆內固定方法治療肱骨榦骨摺的療效和預後。方法選取2009年1月～2011年8月湖南省安化縣人民醫院骨科收治的肱骨榦骨摺患者21例，採用閉閤複位微創鎖定鋼闆內固定手術，進行迴顧性分析。結果所有患者骨摺均解剖複位，骨摺一期愈閤，肩、肘關節功能恢複良好，無橈神經損傷等併髮癥髮生。手術時間30～60 min。結論微創鎖定鋼闆內固定手術治療肱骨榦骨摺是一種創傷小、齣血少、術後恢複快、併髮癥少的方法。
목적：탐토미창강판내고정방법치료굉골간골절적료효화예후。방법선취2009년1월～2011년8월호남성안화현인민의원골과수치적굉골간골절환자21례，채용폐합복위미창쇄정강판내고정수술，진행회고성분석。결과소유환자골절균해부복위，골절일기유합，견、주관절공능회복량호，무뇨신경손상등병발증발생。수술시간30～60 min。결론미창쇄정강판내고정수술치료굉골간골절시일충창상소、출혈소、술후회복쾌、병발증소적방법。
Objective To discuss the curative effect and prognosis of minimally invasive plate internal fixation for the treatment of humeral shaft fracture. Methods From Jan.2009 to Aug. 2011, 21 patients with shaft fracture were treated with closed reset minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation operation in the people's hospital of Anhua city. Results All patients fracture end all anatomy reset, fracture primary healing, shoulder, elbow joint function restore good, no radial nerve damage, and other complications. Operation time was 30-60 minutes. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgical treatment of locking plate internal fixation humeral fracture is a kind of small trauma, less bleeding and postoperative quick recovery, fewer complications method.
