目的研究子宫内膜息肉应用宫腔镜治疗的效果。方法 回顾性分析在60例我院行宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉的患者的临床资料。结果 所有手术均一次成功，平均手术时间为18min，平均出血量为30ml，无复发及并发症。结论 宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉，疗效显著，值得推广应用。

목적연구자궁내막식육응용궁강경치료적효과。방법 회고성분석재60례아원행궁강경전절술치료자궁내막식육적환자적림상자료。결과 소유수술균일차성공，평균수술시간위18min，평균출혈량위30ml，무복발급병발증。결론 궁강경전절술치료자궁내막식육，료효현저，치득추엄응용。
Objective: To analysis the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in treating endometrial polyps. Methods:Retrospective analysis the clinical data of the 60 cases in our hospital underwent hysteroscopy resection of uterine endometrial polyps. Results: All the operations were successful, the average operation time was 18min, and the average amount of bleeding was 30ml, there was no recurrence and complications. Conclusion: Hysteroscopy resection of uterine endometrial polyps , which had obvious curative effect, and was worth for popularization and application.
