目的通过研究应用中药外敷对带状疱疹的疗效观察，推广中医特色护理技术。方法选择50例带状疱疹住院患者，随机分为两组，其中观察组25例带状疱疹患者应用中药外敷的方法进行治疗及护理，另外25例带状疱疹患者采用常规治疗方法进行治疗护理。结果应用中药外敷的方法治疗及护理的带状疱疹患者疼痛明显缓解，疱疹消退时间缩短，并减少了遗留神经痛的发生。结论提高带状疱疹的治愈率，降低带状疱疹的并发症。
목적통과연구응용중약외부대대상포진적료효관찰，추엄중의특색호리기술。방법선택50례대상포진주원환자，수궤분위량조，기중관찰조25례대상포진환자응용중약외부적방법진행치료급호리，령외25례대상포진환자채용상규치료방법진행치료호리。결과응용중약외부적방법치료급호리적대상포진환자동통명현완해，포진소퇴시간축단，병감소료유류신경통적발생。결론제고대상포진적치유솔，강저대상포진적병발증。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the TCM topical treatmeat of herpes zoster, and Promote the Chinese medicine special care technology. Methods 50 cases with Herpes Zoster Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=25)and control group (n=25). The treatment group were treated and cared With the TCM topical treatmeat . The control group were treated and cared with the Conventional treatment . Results The TCM topical treatmeat Were effieient for Herpes Zoster. However,the former are more effective than the latter in the skin Lesions subsiding, Pain relieving, and Reduce the occurrence of legacy neuralgia. Conclusion The treatment group would improve the cure rate and reduce the complications of herpes zoster.
