目的观察腰交感神经节射频热凝结合针刀治疗对腰椎管狭窄症患者下肢血流图的变化。方法将100例腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例，观察组采用腰交感神经节射频热凝结合针刀治疗；对照组采用电针治疗。采用上海医用电子仪器厂生产的RG-2B型血流图仪检测患者下肢血流图。结果治疗后两组患者下肢血流图各项指标均有明显改善，观察组改善更显著，与治疗前比较，在“C波”与“血管阻力指数”两项指标中有极显著性差异（P＜0.01）；与对照组比较，在“C波”和“血流上升时间”及“血管阻力指数”三项指标中有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论腰交感神经节射频热凝结合针刀治疗腰椎间管狭窄症后，可以有效改善患侧下肢的血液供应，从而缓解临床症状。
