目的通过临床药师对1例患有多种基础疾病合并多部位感染患者个体化治疗方案的设计和实施，体现临床药师在临床复杂感染住院患者治疗中的作用。方法结合具体病例，临床药师运用所学知识和经验，并依循证医学证据，参与抗感染治疗方案的制定并实施，为临床抗感染治疗提供参考。结果通过临床药师参与抗感染治疗方案的修订，可提高临床抗感染治疗效果并减少医疗成本。结论临床药师针对患者开展个体化的抗感染药学服务，可临床提供高效的抗感染方案。

Objective: The clinical pharmacist 1 case combined with a variety of underlying diseases in patients infected with multi-site individualized treatment program design and implementation, reflecting the complexity of the clinical pharmacist in the clinical treatment of hospitalized patients infected with the role.
