分析了心脏外科手术专科护士职业压力产生的原因主要来自理论知识不够扎实、心理压力大、手术配合时压力大劳动强度大。预防对策主要是护理管理者尽量合理安排和调整工作时间，实行弹性工作制，同时选择综合素质高的护士作为专科护士培养对象；心脏外科专科护士要加强专科及相关领域理论知识的学习，做好充分的术前准备，加强与同事之间的交流与协作，同时也要学会自我减压，增强心理承受能力。
