对清华简《尹诰》提出五项质疑：(一)与传世本《礼记·缁衣》所引《尹诰》文义不合太甚；(二)称呼混乱；(三)叙事内容与《尚书·汤誓》互相冲突；(四)“金玉”连用不应出于夏商之际；(五)与传世文献多有雷同，且夹杂后世语言。

Five inaccuracies in the articleYingao on Tsinghua Bamboo Slips are discussed in this paper:1 .on the content of yinao there’s a wide difference between the classic work Liji·Ziyi and the article on the bamboo.2.Appellation disorders.3.Conflict of narrative content with shangshu· Tangshi.4.Lexi-cal mistake of “gold”and “j ade”collocation in ancient Chinese,which is not supposed to appear in the rel-ics of Xia and Shang dynasties.5 .Too many similarities with classic works are found in the article and mingled with later languages.
