目的:探讨绘画艺术治疗在儿童情绪障碍患者中的应用效果。方法2012年1月---11月,把65例儿童情绪障碍患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组35例,对照组30例,对照组给予常规的药物治疗和护理,研究组除进行常规的药物治疗和护理外,同时给予绘画艺术治疗。使用儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表对治疗前后的情绪进行评估。结果研究组在治疗3个月后焦虑状态与对照组相比差异有显著的统计学意义 t=14.4,P<0.01;对照组在治疗3个月后焦虑状态与对照组相比差异有显著的统计学意义t=12.4,P<0.01。结论绘画艺术治疗在改善儿童情绪障碍方面具有显著作用。

목적:탐토회화예술치료재인동정서장애환자중적응용효과。방법2012년1월---11월,파65례인동정서장애환자수궤분위연구조화대조조,연구조35례,대조조30례,대조조급여상규적약물치료화호리,연구조제진행상규적약물치료화호리외,동시급여회화예술치료。사용인동초필성정서장애사사량표화한밀이돈억욱량표대치료전후적정서진행평고。결과연구조재치료3개월후초필상태여대조조상비차이유현저적통계학의의 t=14.4,P<0.01;대조조재치료3개월후초필상태여대조조상비차이유현저적통계학의의t=12.4,P<0.01。결론회화예술치료재개선인동정서장애방면구유현저작용。
Objective To discuss the effect of painting art treatment in children with emotional disorders .Method In 2012 from January to November,65 children with mood disorders were randomly assigned to research group and the control group ,35 children in the research group received painting art treatment except routine drug therapy and nursing,30 children in the control group only received painting art treatment.Emotion of both groups was rated with Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emo -tional Disorder(SCARED)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)Before treatment and after treatment of 3 months.Result After the treatment of 3 months,SCARED score of the research group was significantly lower than the control group(t=14.4,P<0.01);HAMD score of the research group was significantly lower than the control group(t=12.4,P <0.01).Conclusion Painting art therapy play a Significant role in improving children with emotional disorders.
