目的分析补虚类中药饮片的使用情况及发展趋势，为临床合理用药和合理采购提供参考。方法应用Excel软件对我院2008～2012年我院补虚类中药饮片的数量和金额进行分析统计。结果我院补虚类中药饮片用量以12.93%的速度逐年增加，各类药物中补气药用量最大。结论我院补虚类中药的用量及金额都在大幅增加。但占中药饮片总用量的比例及用药结构稳定，应用基本合理。
목적분석보허류중약음편적사용정황급발전추세，위림상합리용약화합리채구제공삼고。방법응용Excel연건대아원2008～2012년아원보허류중약음편적수량화금액진행분석통계。결과아원보허류중약음편용량이12.93%적속도축년증가，각류약물중보기약용량최대。결론아원보허류중약적용량급금액도재대폭증가。단점중약음편총용량적비례급용약결구은정，응용기본합리。
Objective To analyse the utilization situation and the development trend of the tonifying traditional Chinese herbal pieces in our hospital so as to provide references for clinical rational using and purchasing of this kind of drugs. Methods The utilization data of the tonifying traditional Chinese herbal pieces in our hospital during the period 2008~2012 were collected for statistical analysis by the methods of ranking of consumption quantity and ranking of consumption sum. Results The consumption quantity of the tonifying traditional Chinese herbal pieces in our hospital showed an annual increase of 12.93% year by year.The consumption quantity of the Qi-tonifying drugs took the lead among all kinds of drugs. Conclusion Both the consumption quantity and the consumption sum of the tonifying traditional Chinese herbal pieces in our hospital have been increasing significantly ,however,the proportion of which in the total tonifying traditional Chinese herbal pieces and the drug utilization structure were stable, and the use of the tonifying traditional Chinese herbal pieces was rational on the whole.
