强直性脊柱炎属于中医“痹症”、“腰痛”的范围。临床疑难病证之一，其发病原因尚未完全明确。2011年-2012年近2年时间我科共收治了18例强直性脊柱炎的患者，通过我科医护人员的不懈努力，经综合性治疗与辨证施护和情志护理，取得满意的临床疗效。
彊直性脊柱炎屬于中醫“痺癥”、“腰痛”的範圍。臨床疑難病證之一，其髮病原因尚未完全明確。2011年-2012年近2年時間我科共收治瞭18例彊直性脊柱炎的患者，通過我科醫護人員的不懈努力，經綜閤性治療與辨證施護和情誌護理，取得滿意的臨床療效。
강직성척주염속우중의“비증”、“요통”적범위。림상의난병증지일，기발병원인상미완전명학。2011년-2012년근2년시간아과공수치료18례강직성척주염적환자，통과아과의호인원적불해노력，경종합성치료여변증시호화정지호리，취득만의적림상료효。
Ankylosing spondylitis belongs to Chinese medicine “arthralgia”,“back pain”range. One of the clinical difficult diseases, its pathogenesis is not completely clear. In 2011 -2012 year nearly 2 years we treated 18 cases of ankylosing spondylitis, the medical staff in our department of unremitting efforts, nursing and mental nursing measures through comprehensive treatment and differentiation of symptoms and signs, to achieve a satisfactory clinical effect.
