目的调查分析基层医院优质护理示范病房的护士工作满意度状况,为进一步推进优质护理服务提供保障。方法对该院两个优质护理服务示范病房的36名护士和四个非示范病房的57名护士的工作满意度进行问卷调查,比较两组护士在相关指标上的差异。结果93名护士的总体满意度为基本满意,但优质护理服务示范病房的护士在“对同事的满意度”、“工作被称赞和认可”、“对工作的控制和责任”及“福利待遇”四个维度上较非示范病房护士有明显优势(P<0.05)。其中,满意度最高前两位为“工作被称赞和认可”及“对同事的满意度”;最低末两位为“专业发展的机会”及“福利待遇”。结论优质护理服务的开展使护士满意度呈上升趋势,工作积极性高,但仍需进一步增加人力资源的配置,改善护士待遇,关爱护士群体,从而不断完善并深化优质护理服务在基层医院的推广。

objective investigation and analysis on the satisfaction of nurse’s job which is in demonstration ward of high quality nursing service in primary hospital. Providing protection to further advance the quality of nursing service .Method To analyse the two high quality nursing service demonstration ward of 36 nurses and four non demonstration ward 57 nurses job satisfaction questionnaire, compare two groups of nurses in the related index differences.Results the overall satisfaction of 93 nurses are basic satisfaction ,but in “satisfaction with colleagues”, “praised and accepted of work”,“Controlling and responsibility of work”, “welfare”,the demonstration ward has significant difference compared with the non-demonstration ward(P<0.05).among them ,the first two of highest satisfaction are “praised and accepted of work”and “satisfaction with colleagues”.the lowest end of the two are "professional development opportunities" and "welfare". Conclusion quality of nursing service can rise the satisfaction of nurses and work motivation .but it still needs a further increase the Human resource configuration , improves the welfare of nurse , and cares nurses , so as to constantly perfect and deepen the quality of nursing service in the promotion of basic-level hospitals.
